Plans and billing

DueKind is free to start. The Free plan costs nothing and is not billed. Paid plans — Solo and Team — are billed monthly in US dollars through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Prices are shown on the pricing section and at checkout.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a paid plan anytime from Settings. When you cancel, your paid features stay active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then the workspace returns to the Free plan. We do not lock you in or require you to contact support to cancel.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are charged at the start of each billing period. We do not automatically prorate or refund partial months after a cancellation, since you keep access until the period ends.

If you were charged in error, ran into a problem we could not resolve, or are simply unhappy with a recent payment, email support@eastbase.studio and we will work with you in good faith to make it right. Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, any approved refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

Your data after cancelling

Cancelling does not delete your data. You can export your workspace data anytime from Settings, and deleting your account removes the user and cascades workspace data from our database. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and billing setup evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
