Terms of Service
Terms for safe
receivables follow-up.
Last updated June 8, 2026
What DueKind provides
DueKind helps users organize unpaid invoices, draft reminders, and send approved messages through connected providers. It is software for receivables workflow and communication — not legal, accounting, tax, or collections advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for invoice accuracy, message approval, customer communication, and compliance with applicable laws, industry rules, and provider terms for Gmail, Outlook, and any other connected service.
Approval-first sending
DueKind is designed so reminders do not send without human review. Automated limits, AI guardrails, and approval flows reduce risk but do not replace your judgment or legal obligations.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans (Solo and Team) are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. Subscription status, plan changes, and payment events may affect workspace limits and access to paid usage features. You can cancel anytime from Settings — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use DueKind for unlawful harassment, deceptive collection practices, spam, or messages you are not authorized to send. DueKind may suspend access when use threatens customers, providers, or platform integrity.
